Utility SubMetering is often used by property management companies, condo associations (“condos”), home owner associations (“HOAs”), mobile home parks (“MHP”) and other residential communities to purchase water, gas and/or electricity from a prime supplier and then bill residents in their community for the metered usage. 

In the Greater Erie area there are numerous associations, neighborhoods and mobile home parks that provide water service to their residents in this fashion.  We at Trocki Property Management, LLC have not found another local association/property management company in the area that provides the service of Utility SubMetering..
